Getting there
- Tram 1, 9, 13 — Prohlis Gleisschleife. Two minutes on foot from the loop, past the chemist, ground floor of the long block.
- Free parking behind the block on Jacob-Winter-Platz, twelve spaces, usually two free.
- Step-free entrance, doorway 92 cm, one changing room with a curtain rather than a door.

Questions we get asked
- How do I know what something costs if there is no tag?
- By the colour of the crate it came out of, and the coloured band on the shelf edge. Yellow is €5, orange €10, green €15, black €20. The same four colours run through this website, so the online shop reads exactly like the room.
- Do you ever have a sale?
- No. Nothing is ever marked down, because nothing is marked up in the first place. If a garment stops working at its crate price we stop buying it in — we do not move it to a sale rail.
- Can I return something I bought in the shop by post?
- Yes, within 30 days, unworn. Put it in any box, write your name on a slip of paper inside, and send it to the shop address. Consumers ordering online additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which is set out in full on our withdrawal page.
- Is the shortening really free?
- Yes, on trousers from any crate, including the €5 one. Bring them in with the shoes you will wear them with. Same-day if you come before 3 pm on a weekday.
- Do you hold things back?
- For two opening days, by phone or through the form on this page. Give us the crate letter and the size — that is enough for us to find it.
- Can I pay by card?
- In the shop, yes — card, Girocard and cash. On this website nothing is charged at all: it is a demonstration shop and the checkout stops at a review step.
